RIBA Conference Branding
This project involved designing a range of materials for ‘The power of scale: architecture as a trigger to physical, physiological and psychological wellbeing’, a conference organised by RIBA London. There needed to be some relation to the themes of architecture and mental well-being. I decided to focus on the basic shapes and layouts within buildings that can garner both positive and negative effects on people within their dailty lives.

My design for the conference was based on two things: bringing architecture back to its basics e.g simple shapes and sizing, and disorienting the viewer to suggest how architecture can affect on the mind. Although these ideas are subtle, the slanting of the shapes are made obvious by the bright colours used. The type sits cleanly on top and any information that needs to be easily read is not slanted.
